The boot instructions for AI agents working in this repo live in [`CLAUDE.md`](CLAUDE.md) — the same file Claude Code reads. It is the single source of truth for project conventions, RBAC, stack, and non-negotiable rules.

After reading `CLAUDE.md`, follow its reading order:

Do **not** maintain duplicate boot instructions in this file — they will drift out of sync with `CLAUDE.md`.
