Two views, both from Helix:

1. **Submitted by me**: `list_my_approval_requests` — group by status
   (pending / approved / rejected), show age and current stage for
   pending ones.
2. **Waiting for me** (managers/admins): `admin_approval_overview` if
   the user's role allows; otherwise the API-key approval queues
   (`list_my_pending_api_key_apply_approvals`,
   `list_my_api_key_release_approvals`) and pending access reviews
   (`list_my_pending_access_reviews`).

Present pending decisions with requester + item + age. Never decide
anything without an explicit per-item instruction from the user.
