Build a single readable overview of the user's IT estate from Helix:

1. `get_my_loadout` — devices, software seats, accounts.
2. `get_my_notifications_summary` — unread actionable count.
3. `list_my_expiring_resources` — anything expiring soon.

Render as short sections (设备 / 软件席位 / 账号 / 待办与到期), highlight
anything that needs action (expiring items, unacknowledged tasks), and
offer the natural next steps. Don't paginate deeper without asking.
