# Helix requests & approvals

Read `using-helix` first. Key invariant: **every write submits into the
same Feishu-integrated approval chain as the web UI** — creating a
request ≠ the thing happening.

## Track my requests

- `list_my_approval_requests` — everything I submitted, with status.
- Domain-specific timelines when the user names the thing:
  `list_my_cloud_scope_requests`, `list_my_dns_requests`,
  `list_my_domain_registrations`, `list_my_ai_tool_applications`,
  `list_my_announcement_requests`, `list_my_attendance_reports`.
- When a request looks stuck, check the flow definition
  (`list_approval_flow_stages`, `list_approval_templates`) and tell the
  user which stage/approver it is waiting on rather than guessing.

## Cancel my requests

Match the cancel tool to the domain — they are deliberately 1:1:
`cancel_permission_request`, `cancel_my_dns_request`,
`cancel_my_domain_registration`, `cancel_my_vpn_application`,
`cancel_my_ai_tool_application`, `cancel_my_sso_grant`,
`cancel_my_api_key_release`, `cancel_my_api_key_transfer`,
`cancel_my_announcement_request`, `cancel_support_ticket`,
`cancel_asset_transfer`. Confirm with the user before cancelling —
cancellation is immediate and final for that request id.

## Approve / decide (managers & admins)

- Overview of what needs me: `admin_approval_overview` (admins),
  `admin_request_list` (admin request browser),
  `list_my_pending_api_key_apply_approvals` and
  `list_my_api_key_release_approvals` (API-key specific),
  `list_my_pending_access_reviews` → `get_my_access_review` →
  `decide_access_certification_item` (access certifications).
- Present each pending item with requester, what's requested, and age;
  never batch-approve without showing the list first and getting an
  explicit go-ahead.

## Handovers

Ownership handover flows exist for AI tools and domains:
`handover_ai_tool_application`, `handover_domain_registration`. Suggest
these when someone is offboarding or transferring teams and owns
resources.
