Source: `confirmed_issue.pdf` — 11 issues found by manual QA testing.
Test framework: `tests/contract/scenarios/` — 25 scenario tests (17 API + 6 Chrome + 2 new issues).
A/B methodology: Same frontend, switch backend via `.env` + Vite proxy. See `tests/contract/scenarios/SKILL.md`.
