## 1. Test Overview

This test covers the Setup area — the admin backbone of NexusCRM. Setup includes Object Manager, Security (Users/Profiles/Permissions/Roles), Data Import/Export, and System utilities.

**Total**: 20 paths defined, 20/20 complete with screenshots.

**Key Findings**:
- **Systemic Bug Confirmed**: Page Layouts and Validation Rules tabs return "null error" for ALL objects (tested Lead + Account), not Lead-specific
- Users: 20 users with proper Profile assignments
- Profiles: 20 profiles (mix of System and Custom types)
- Email Templates: 0 templates (empty)
- App Manager: 0 apps (empty)
- Recycle Bin: 20 items recoverable

## 2. Systemic Issue Assessment (CORE DELIVERABLE)

This section determines if the Page Layouts / Validation Rules null errors are Lead-specific or platform-wide.

**Closeout Retest (ROLE-004, verified 2026-04-01 on build `v17750358`)**:
- Reproduction path: search `Sales User`, then open the shield action from the Actions column
- Result: the permission modal opened with header `Edit Permissions: Sales User`
- The red `No PermissionSet found for this profile` banner did not appear
- The object-permission grid rendered with checkboxes
- Baseline screenshots: `/tmp/issue306/profiles-sales-user-list.png`, `/tmp/issue306/profiles-sales-user-modal.png`
- Authenticated live queries from the same session confirmed:
  - `PermissionSet WHERE ProfileId = 'sales_user' AND IsOwnedByProfile = true` returned exactly 1 row
  - bootstrap profiles returned exactly 5 owned `PermissionSet` rows total
  - `ObjectPermissions WHERE ParentId = '11a09d00-b1e3-4939-9ce0-8e832b5f0628'` returned `totalSize = 2`
