TiFlash 启动报错 Cannot cpu_identify: Unsupported processor

## Root Cause

TiFlash 的代码用到了 libcpuid 库。对于 x86_64 的处理器，这个库只支持写定的几个厂商

## Diagnostic Steps

Tiflash.log 日志报错：

DB::Exception: Cannot cpu_identify: Unsupported processor

## Resolution

升级到 v5.1.0 及以上版本修复
