# [Know Issue] RC 隔离级别下执行 update 未读到最新数据

## Description

在 RC 隔离级别下，通过 primary key/unique key 执行 update/delete 时无法读取最新数据

```

## Root Cause

TiDB 使用 RC 隔离时，point get executor 读取的时间戳没有按预期刷新，取不到最新的值。使用 RC 隔离级别时，executor 不会获取不存在的 key 的悲观锁，更新或删除可能不会对新插入的行生效。

## Resolution

升级到指定版本（除 v6.0.0 和 v6.1.1-v6.1.4 之外的版本）

## Workaround

1.禁用 RC 隔离级别，改为使用默认 RR
2.使用 select for update 锁定更新/删除语句之前的行
