environments, complete assessments, and earn proof of completion without
needing to assemble the underlying infrastructure themselves.

  credentials
- Exams and quizzes: assessment workflows tied to learning progress
- Certificates: proof of completion and issuance flows
- Credits and billing: paid or quota-based access paths for lab usage

- Start an environment with minimal setup friction
- Reach a ready-to-use shell, URL, or database endpoint without waiting on
  manual support
- Finish with a clear sense of completion, redemption, or certification status

## Product Constraints

- The happy path depends on async provisioning and multiple infrastructure
  providers, so perceived reliability matters as much as raw feature depth.
- Local development should avoid accidentally triggering real cloud
  provisioning unless the environment is configured for it.
