# Retained Online Migration References

`deploy/online` is not a deployment or release operator surface. The Classic
Prod workflow, runtime driver, phase ledger, gate catalogs, preflight/resume
helpers, templates, and runbooks have been removed.

Current Prod D3 authority lives under:

- `.github/workflows/deploy-multi-prod-d3-environment.yml`;
- `deployments/online/runtime/`;
- `deployments/online/runbooks/prod.md`;
- `scripts/run_serviceification_d3_prod.py`.

The remaining files under `runtime/` are quarantined migration or maintenance
dependencies:

- `common.py` supplies source-backed pack metadata computation to the retained
  Prod Catalog migration planner;
- `prepare_multi_prod_runtime_env.py` supplies TiDB binding and legacy active
  runtime identity checks to the Salesforce history migration target;
- `hubspot_prod_contract.py` supplies constants to the explicit HubSpot ingress
  readback tool;
- `prod_file_storage_iam_policy.json` is the reviewed production file-storage
  policy referenced by the storage lifecycle document.

These files are retained solely for the named consumers. They are not supported
operator entrypoints and do not authorize Tag publication, Prod deployment, or
Classic release-state mutation. A future migration operator should move only
the required contracts into its own reviewed namespace, then remove this
directory.
