# Offline deployment framework

This directory owns Test and Formal Staging D3 host-side deployment
mechanisms and shared runtime support.

## Current topology

- Formal Staging: `blue`/`green`, with live nginx selecting the active slot.
- Test: fixed `test1`/`test2`/`test3` routes; no active/standby switch.
- Classic EXP and CI monolithic deployment is retired.

`../deployment-config.json` is the policy source. Files under `env/` explain
host layout; files under `runtime/` implement it.

## Operator surfaces

- Test D3 full deploy and bounded image diagnostics:
  `.github/workflows/deploy-test-serviceification.yml`
- Formal Staging D3: `.github/workflows/deploy-staging-blue-green-environment.yml`

Staging and signed-BOM Test accept optional SQL only through reviewed,
manifest-backed patch bundles. Test database refresh is a separate operation;
normal Test and Staging deploys preserve or refresh data only according to
their explicit workflow input.
