# Offline blue/green mode

Formal Staging runs serviceified D3 through
`.github/workflows/deploy-staging-blue-green-environment.yml`, with
`scripts/run_serviceification_d3_staging.py` as its controller. It selects a
signed resolved BOM, converges the standby slot, verifies the candidate,
switches ingress, and retires the predecessor under the D3 release contract.

The old `deploy_staging_env.py --env staging` monolithic CLI has been removed.
That module retains shared quiescence and initialization functions used by D3.
