## Purpose

Staging live had the parent `Credits__c` surface but still lacked the child
`Credits_Topup__c` UI/object layer needed to expose the "Add Top-up" path.

This bundle records the minimal staging-only SQL that was actually applied to
restore:

- `Credits_Topup__c` object metadata
- minimal `Credits_Topup__c` field surface
- `Credits__c -> AddCreditsTopup` action
- `Credits__c` curated layout related-list wiring
- `Credits_Topup__c` curated default layout

## Scope

This bundle is intentionally narrow.

It does not try to replay or overwrite the broader existing `Credits__c`
metadata, flows, or approval-process seed already present in the target env.

## Notes

- The button is configured with `record.Credit_Lifecycle__c == 'Active'`.
- On `Draft` records the action remains hidden by design.
