# EC2 runner prerequisites

Environment deployment is controlled by the repository workflows and runtime
adapters listed in `docs/stack-test-model.md`. The former Classic CI workflow and its TiDB bootstrap helper are retired.
Local verification uses the D3 Compose operator.

Current self-hosted runner labels are selected by their workflows:

- Formal Staging: `staging-ec2`
- Test: `<slot>-ec2`
- Prod: `prod-ec2`

Host runtime state lives under `~/nexuscrm-deployment`. Generated env files,
nginx state, systemd units, logs, and deployment artifacts are host state and
must not be reconstructed from copyable examples in this directory.
