# Agent permission model is deferred

V1 does not define a bespoke agent permission model. Agent permissions should follow standard RBAC/ABAC-style resolution for now, using governance policy, domain ownership, product health, and action risk tier as inputs where applicable. A specialized agent permission model can be designed later if standard permission models prove insufficient.
