# How it works

This case scales up/down a TiKV cluster and keeps running SQL `SELECT COUNT(*)` to detect all regions are available.

# Required prepare cases

The table counted by this case is `test.sbtest1`. You need to prepare it first before running this case.

To construct the table, a simple way is using `prepare-sysbench-data-1-1000w` case in the prepare phase.

# Suggested configurations

- Set `region-split-size` to a small value in order to get more regions.
