In the process of Replicate, the TiKV node where the Leader role Region is located will send the Raft Log to the TiKV node where the Follower role Region is located.

The Follower role node of the Region will persist the Raft Log it receives into its own RocksDB Raft instance.

This process is the same as the Append on the node where the Leader role's Region is located in the previous step.
