+ A cluster deployed across regions, supporting local access to data
+ According to resource isolation by business
+ Configure resources and replicas according to business level

-------------------------------------------------------------
With Placement Rules in SQL, we can do fine-grained data placement, as shown in the figure:

The "T2" and "T3" tables were placed in the cluster of the `Singapore` region, realizing a cross-regional deployment cluster, which supports local data access.

In `Seattle`, we set the three tables "T5", "T6" and "T7" with the Leader role to the three nodes TiKV-4, TiKV-5 and TiKV-6 respectively, to achieve resource isolation according to business.

Regarding the separation of hot and cold data, we placed the Region of the Leader role of the "T7" table in `Tokyo` on the TiKV-8 server with better performance, while the "T8" table used the TiKV-7, TiKV-9 and TiKV-10 servers with general performance. In addition, the number of replicas of the "T7" table is 5, which is different from other tables, so that resources and replicas can be configured according to business level.
