During the replicate process, the TiKV node where our leader role region is located will send raft logs to the TiKV node where the follower role region is located. When the TiKV node with the follower role region receives the raft log, it will persist it to its own rocksdb raft instance. This process is actually the same as the append of the node where the leader role region is located in the previous step.
