 If the TiKV node where the follower role region is located persists the raft log to its own raocksdb raft instance succeeds, the message of successful persistence will be return to the TiKV node where the leader role region is located. When the node where the replica of the majority follower role is located return the message, this write completes the committed process, that is, it is completely persisted on the raft layer and will not be lost.
