# Copying an Existing Table Schema

__**Copy table schema**__

+ **`CREATE TABLE`** can be used with the **`LIKE`** keyword to create a table with the same structure as another table:
  + Secondary index
  + Column options
  + No data

The `CREATE TABLE LIKE` statement copies the definition of an existing table, but does not copy any data.
