# Copy An Existing Table Schema

+ **CREATE TABLE** can be used with the**LIKE** keyword to create a table with the same structure as another table:
  + secondary index
  + column options
  + No data

The CREATE TABLE LIKE statement copies the definition of an existing table, but does not copy any data.
