+ A transaction is a unit of work. It transforms a database from one consistent state to another
+ TiDB transaction conform to `ACID` :
  + `Atomic`: Intra-transaction operations either complete or none
  + `Consistent`: Maintains data integrity constraints
  + `Isolation`: Each transaction occurs in a different order, and no transactions occur at the same time
  + `Durable`: Changes are written to the database as soon as the transaction completes; the results of the changes persist
