# Executing Scheduling

![left](./student-guide/diagram/04-Execution-scheduling-01-01.png)

------------------------------------------------------------
The Operator generated in the PD does not start executing immediately, but instead enters a wait queue first. According to the configuration, the Operator is removed from the waiting queue with a certain amount of concurrency. The execution process is to send each step of the Operator to the Leader of the corresponding region in turn.

Eventually, when the Operator finishes executing, it is marked with a finish status or time-out and is removed from the execution list.
