  + Only one value can be return at most, or no result is return
  + Must have a unique key, primary key, or unique index

In OLTP systems, there are a large number of point get scenario, and creating an index is an important means of our optimization. Normally, we all know to create so on a column that is frequently accessed by a WHERE statement. But many times, we can ask again if the indexed column is unique from a business perspective and if we can create a unique index on it. Gives the optimizer the option to take the PointGet operator.
