  - Scope: GLOBAL
  - Default value: OFF
  - TiDB will split the region for the new table when the table is created by default. When this variable is turned on, the newly split region will be broken synchronously when the table creation statement is executed. It is suitable for batch table creation and then batch writing data, so that the newly split region can be spread out in TiKV first without waiting for PD to schedule. To ensure the stability of subsequent batch writes, the table creation statement waits for the break region to complete before return the table creation success, and the execution time of the table statement is several times longer than closing the variable.
