Hotspot Region are unevenly distributed
- Grafana PD —> Statistics - hot read
  - Hot Region's peer distribution: The number of peers on each TiKV instance that are read hotspots
  - Total read bytes on hot peer regions: the total read traffic size of all peers that became read hotspots on each TiKV instance
  - Store read rate bytes: Total read traffic for each TiKV instance
  - Store read rate keys: Total read keys for each TiKV instance
