1. The core mechanism of Raft
  1. Leader elect:
    1. Create a node to become a leader by voting 
    2. Check outage/network isolation and elect a new leader 
  2. Log replication:
    3. Leader is responsible for receiving client request and appending logs locally 
    4. Leader copies logs to other nodes (and overwrites inconsistent logs) 
  3. Constraints:
    5. Leader is voted by more than half of the nodes 
    6. Logs need to be copied to more than half of nodes 
    7. Only nodes with the latest logs can be selected as leaders
