# Exercise 3-4: Inviting Member
## Overview
+ In this exercise, you invite members to organization or project.
## Note:
+ If you are the owner of an organization, you can invite organization members or project members. Otherwise, you may skip this task.
## Duration
+ This exercise should take you approximately 5 minutes to complete.
## Tasks
1. Click `Organization` in the upper-right corner, and then click `Organization Settings`.
2. Click `User Management`.
3. Click `Invite` in the `User Management` tab.
4. Enter the email address of the user to be invited, select a role for the user, and then choose a `Project` for the user. Click `Confirm`.
## Solution Steps
(a) Invite organization member
1. Click `Organization` in the upper-right corner, and then click `Organization Settings`.
2. Click `User Management`, and then select the `By All Users`.
3. Click `Invite` in the `User Management` tab.
4. Enter the email address of the user to be invited, select a role for the user, and then choose a `Project` for the user. Click `Confirm`.
The user needs to view and agree with the license in 24 hours.
(b) Invite project member
1. Click `Organization` in the upper-right corner, and then click `Organization Settings`.
2. Click `User Management`, and then select the `By Project`.
3. Click `Invite` in the `User Management` tab.
4. Enter the email address of the user to be invited, select a role for the user, and then choose a `Project` for the user. Click `Confirm`.
The user needs to view and agree with the agreement within 24 hours.
