`TiUP` supports managing multiple `DM` clusters. Command `tiup dm list` outputs all cluster information currently managed by `TiUP DM`, including cluster name, deployment user, version, key information, etc.

If the output log includes Started cluster `dm-test` successfully, the start is successful.
