# Deploying with TiUP Step 2 - Install TiUP Components

__*TiDB deployment steps*__
__*TiUP component installation*__

+ Download and install the TiUP tool:
  + `curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://tiup-mirrors.pingcap.com/install.sh | sh`

+ To set the TiUp environment variable:
  + `source .bash_profile`

+ To install the TiUP cluster components:
  + `tiup cluster`

Use a normal user to log in to the central control machine. Take the tidb user as an example. Subsequent TiUP installation and cluster management operations are completed by that user:

1. Run the following command to install the TiUP tool:
curl —proto '=https' —tlsv1.2 -ssf https://tiup-mirrors.pingcap.com/install.sh | sh

2. To set the TiUp environment variable:
source <profile 文件绝对路径 >

3. To install the TiUP cluster components:
TIUP CLUSTER
