# Configure Member Roles

If you are the owner of an organization, you can use the following steps to configure roles for organization members:

Click the account name in the upper right corner of the TiDB Cloud console.
Click Organization Settings. The Organization Settings page appears.
Click User Management, and then select the By All Users tab.
Click the role of the target member, and then modify the role.

There are four roles in the organization. The privilege for each role are as follows:

Owner:
Invite members to and remove members from the organization
Configure roles for organization members
Creating and renaming projects
Invite members to and remove members from a project
Edit Timezone
View bills and edit payment information

Member:
Can be invited to join a project and get project instance management privilege

Billing Admin:
View bills and edit payment information
Can be invited to join a project and get project instance management privilege

Audit Admin:
View and configure audit logging
Can be invited to join a project and get project instance management privilege
