# Filter the Exported Data

+ Use the —where option to filter data
  + `./dumpling -u root -P 4000 -h 127.0.0.1 -o /tmp/test --where "id < 100"`

By default, dumpling exports all databases except system databases (including mysql, sys, INFORMATION*SCHEMA*SCHEMA, METRICS*SCHEMA and Inspection*SCHEMA). You can use —where <SQL where expression>to specify the records you want to export.

```
./dumpling -u root -P 4000 -h 127.0.0.1 -o /tmp/test --where "id < 100"
```

The above command will export data with id < 100 for each table. Note that the —where argument cannot be used with —sql.
