# Using TiDB Lightning - Breakpoint Continued

__*Lightning Breakpoint Continued*__

```
tidb-lightning-ctl --checkpoint-error-destroy=‘`schema`.`table`' / all
tidb-lightning-ctl --checkpoint-error-ignore='`schema`.`table`' / all
tidb-lightning-ctl --checkpoint-remove='`schema`.`table`' / all
```
-------------------------------------------------------------
If tidb-lightning abort due to an unrecoverable error (such as a data error), the restart does not use a breakpoint, but simply reports an error and leaves. To ensure the safety of imported data, these errors must be resolved before proceeding. Use the tidb-lightning-ctl tool to mark the recover.

—checkpoint-error-destroy
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-error-destroy='`schema`.`table`'
This command causes the failed table to start the entire import process from scratch. Schemas and table names in options must be wrapped in backquotes (`) and are case sensitive.
If there was an error importing the table PHINE0.PHINE1, this command:
Remove (DROP) this table from the target database to clear the imported data.
Resets the breakpoint to the Not Started state.
If there are no errors in PHINE0.PHINE1, then no action is taken.
Passing "all" does the above for all tables. This is the most convenient, safe, and conservative method to resolve breakpoint errors:
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-error-destroy=all

—checkpoint-error-ignore
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-error-ignore='`schema`.`table`' &&
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-error-ignore=all
If there was an error importing the table PHINE0.PHINE1, this command clears the error state as if nothing had happened. Passing "all" does the above for all tables.
notice
Do not use this option unless you are sure that the error can be ignored. If the error is true, it may result in incomplete data. Enabling checksums (CHECKSUM) prevents data errors from being ignored.

—checkpoint-remove
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-remove='`schema`.`table`' &&
tidb-lightning-ctl —checkpoint-remove=all
Clear the breakpoints of the table, regardless of whether there are any errors.
