# Using TiCDC - Querying Specific Synchronization Tasks

__*Using TiCDC*__
__*TiCDC queries for specific synchronization tasks*__

```
cdc cli changefeed query -s --pd=http://10.0.10.25:2379 --changefeed-id=simple-replication-task
```
-------------------------------------------------------------
Use the changefeed query command to query a specific synchronization task (information and status for a synchronization task). Specifying the —simple or -s parameter simplifies the output and provides the most basic synchronization status and checkpoint information. If you do not specify this parameter, detailed task configuration, synchronization status, and synchronization table information is output.
cdc cli changefeed query -s —pd= http://10.0.10.25:2379 —changefeed-id=simple-replication-task
{
 "state": "normal",
 "tso": 419035700154597378,
 "checkpoint": "2020-08-27 10:12:19 .579",
 "error": null
}
In the above command:
The state represents the current synchronization state of the changefeed. Each state must be the same as the state in the changefeed list.
tso represents the largest transaction TSO in the current changefeed that has been successfully written downstream.
The checkpoint represents the time corresponding to the maximum transaction TSO that has been successfully written downstream in the current changefeed.
error records whether an error has occurred in the current changefeed.

cdc cli changefeed query —pd= http://10.0.10.25:2379 —changefeed-id=simple-replication-task

In the above command:

info stands for querying the synchronization configuration of changefeed.
status indicates the synchronization status information of the query changefeed.
resolved-ts represents the largest transaction TS in the current changefeed that has been successfully sent from TiKV to TiCDC.
checkpoint-ts represents the largest transaction TS in the current changefeed that has been successfully written downstream.
The admin-job-type represents the status of a changefeed:
0: The state is normal.
1: The task is suspended. After stopping the task, all synchronization processors will abort. The configuration and synchronization status of the synchronization task will be preserved, and the task can be recover from checkpoint-ts.
2: The task resumes, and the synchronization task continues to sync from checkpoint-ts.
3: The task has been deleted. After the interface request, all synchronization processors will be terminated and the synchronization task configuration information will be cleaned up. The synchronization state is preserved, only queries are provided, and no other actual functionality is available.
task-status represents the status information of each synchronization subtask assigned by changefeed.
