+ TiDB distributes binlogs to individual pumps via the built-in Pump Client
+ Pump is responsible for storing the binlogs and providing them to the drainer in order
+ Multiple pumps form a cluster, which can be scale out

Pump is used to record the Binlog generated by TiDB in real time, and sorts the Binlog according to the transaction commit time, and then provides it to Drainer for consumption.
