+ Drainer is responsible for reading the binlog of each pump, merging and sorting, and sending it to the downstream
+ Drainer supports the relay log function to ensure the consistent state of the downstream cluster through the relay log
+ Drainer supports synchronizing binlogs to MySQL, TiDB, Kafka, or local files
