# Network Settings

+ Network-related configuration parameter
  + `net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle: 0`
  + `net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies: 0`
  + `net.core.somaxconn: 32768`

------------------------------------------------------------

- net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle: 0
- net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies: 0
- net.core.somaxconn: 32768

net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle = 0 indicates that reuse is enabled. Allow fast revoke of TCP connections with TIME-WAIT sockets. The default is 0, indicating that it is closed

net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies Whether to send syncookies to the other party when there is a half-connection queue overflow (default is 0), 1 indicates that cookies are enabled to process, which can prevent a small number of SYN attacks; 0 means off. No need to adjust half of the connection queue

net.core.somaxconn is used to respond to sudden large concurrent connect request net.core.somaxconn is a kernel parameter in Linux that indicates the backlog limit for socket listening (listening). What is backlog? The backlog is the listening queue of a socket. When a request (request) has not yet been processed or established, it enters the backlog. The socket server can process all request in the backlog at once, and the processed request are no longer in the listening queue. When the server is slow to process request that the listening queue is filled, new request will be rejected.
