During the acquisition of the TSO, the PD Client is the only channel between the TiDB Server and the PD. There are two monitoring PD TSO Wait Duration and PD TSO RPC Duration. The PD TSO Wait Duration indicates the time taken from the time the SQL statement is issued to the receipt, and the PD TSO RPC Duration indicates the time taken by the PD Client from its issuance to its receipt. From this figure, it can be seen that the time of the problem at 17:12 is basically stable, and the TSO wait delay can be Accepted, stating that the issue is not caused by PD

According to the situation at the time, 10 ms or less is acceptable.
