Grafana monitors TiDB —>KV Request - KV Request Duration 99 by store/type you can see the average execution time for each TiKV node (including the processing time of the TiKV itself+network latency)

store-25935 has more than 1s of performance jitter, it corresponds to the batchGet request type. It should be a problem with this store that caused the PointGet query to time-out
