  - 检查 Raft store CPU 利用率，一般情况下 Raftstore CPU 利用率建议控制在 70%~80% 以内。当利用率过高时，可适当调大 store-pool-size（默认值为 2，即用满为 200%）参数，避免出现因线程池不够，导致 Region 心跳无法及时发出的现象
