# 案例 D：TiKV 状态异常-问题定位

  + 从发送请求给 Raftstore，到 Raftstore 真正开始处理请求之间的延迟时间

    - 而在 TiKV-Details -> Raft propose 监控面板下，发现监控指标：Propose wait duration 已经达到很高值，延迟确实很大（Propose wait duration 是从发送请求给 Raftstore，到 Raftstore 真正开始处理请求之间的延迟时间）。propose wait 高会导致很多问题，比如这里的 store disconnected，因为 store heartbeat 的任务需要先发送 tick 给 raftstore 然后再发送 heartbeat 给 pd，因为 propose wait 高，导致 store heartbeat 无法及时发送，pd 发现 20s 未收到 heartbeat 就会标记 tikv 为 disconnected
