+ TiDB Cloud enable you to config the number of nodes for `TiDB Server`, `TiKV` and `TiFlash`, and select from a range of predefined shapes that determine the number of CPUs, amount of `RAM`, and local storage available in each node.

While creating `TiDB` instances, you can config the number of nodes for `TiDB Server`, `TiKV` and TiFlash and assign `CPU` and memory resources by selecting from a wide range of resource profiles (called shapes), each of which is a carefully designed combination of processor and memory limits.
