TiDB Cloud offers a hierarchical RBAC (Role Based Access Control) structure that enables efficient management of TiDB Cloud users and clusters within organizations and projects. If you are an organization owner, you can create multiple projects in your organization. 

Your TiDB Cloud account is mapped to one organization and, by default, become the owner of that organization.

You may also invited by others to manage their organizations or projects by assuming the roles specified by their administrators.
