# Create TiDB Cluster TiDB Cloud

1. Please select the `TiDB Cluster` based on your workload and scenario. In this lesson, we have chosen `TiDB Dedicated`. see: https://docs.pingcap.com/tidbcloud/select-cluster-tier#tidb-dedicated
2. If you don't use the root user for data import, the user responsible for the import needs to have the following privileges:
	`SELECT` (shows the index and column)
	`INSERT (DML)`
	`UPDATE (DML)`
	`DELETE (DML)`
	`CREATE` (creates a database/table)
	`DROP` (drops databases/tables)
	`ALTER` (alters a table)
	`INDEX` (creates/drops an index)
