# Incremental data replication - Config the replication task

+ Edit the task configuration file `dm-task`
  + `source-id` / `rules mapping` / `meta`

```
mysql-instances:  # configure data sources that need to be migrated for the data migration task.
 - source-id: "mysql-replica-01"
   route-rules: ["instance-1-user-schema-rule","salesdb-schema-route-rule"]
   filter-rules: ["trace-table-filter-rule", "user-table-filter-rule" , "store-table-filter-rule"]
   block-allow-list: "log-ignored"
   mydumper-config-name: "global"
   meta:
     binlog-name: "mysql-bin1.000002"
     binlog-pos: 8541
 - source-id: "mysql-replica-02"
   route-rules: ["instance-2-user-schema-rule", "instance-2-store-schema-rule","salesdb-schema-route-rule"]
   filter-rules: ["trace-table-filter-rule", "user-table-filter-rule" , "store-table-filter-rule"]
   block-allow-list: "log-ignored"
   mydumper-config-name: "global"
   meta:
     binlog-name: "mysql-bin2.000002"
     binlog-pos: 8277
...
```
-------------------------------------------------------------
Edit the task configuration file `dm-task`, to configure the incremental replication mode and replication starting point for each data source.
(1) starting point for each data source
Find the starting point in the metadata file of `MySQL instance1` exported by `Dumpling`. For example:
```
SHOW MASTER STATUS:
       Log: mysql-bin.000002
       Pos: 8541
       GTID:
```

Find the starting point in the metadata file of `MySQL instance2` exported by `Dumpling`. For example:
```
SHOW MASTER STATUS:
       Log: mysql-bin.000002
       Pos: 8277
       GTID:
```
(2) Config the `route-rules`, `filter-rules` and `block-allow-list` of the source database.
