The purpose of the operation 'split table cluster_order between (0) and (9223372036854775807) regions 16' mentioned above is to proactively split 16 empty regions within the range of 0 to 9223372036854775807 (the largest 64-bit integer in computer operations).
When we insert data, the keys of the key-value pairs will land on these 16 empty regions. Furthermore, with the AUTO_RANDOM attribute set on the primary key column 'id', random primary key values will be generated. As a result, the data will be inserted randomly into these 16 empty regions. These 16 empty regions will be distributed across different TiKV nodes, immediately shattering our hotspot and achieving load balancing.
