# Install — TiDB GTM Skills + Brain

## First-time setup

1. Clone the repo:
   - `git clone https://github.com/pingcap-inc/tidb-gtm-skills-n-brain.git`
2. Open this repo root as your workspace.
3. Start with:
   - `@skills/find-skill/SKILL.md`
   - `@brain/knowledge/product.md`

## Update

```bash
git pull
```

## Optional: global skill symlinks (macOS/Linux)

If you want each skill discoverable under `~/.claude/skills` and `~/.cursor/skills`:

```bash
chmod +x scripts/install-global-skills.sh
./scripts/install-global-skills.sh
```

This links only `skills/*/` packages with `SKILL.md`. It does not link `brain/`.

## Workspace file

Open `tidb-gtm-pack.code-workspace` to load `skills` and `brain` as separate roots.
