+ Quorum is **`n/2 + 1`**, **`n`** is the number of `peers`
+ Candidate becomes `leader` only by receiving quorum votes
+ In the same term a `follower` can only vote once
  + Term and vote choice need to be endured
+ At most only one `leader` in a term
