  + Wait too long to finish writes
    + The key is storage panel
  + Flow control
+ Write too slow
  + `CPU` capacity exhausted by scheduler
+ Several sizing limits
  + `Raft entry: 8 MiB`
  + `grpc message limit: 10 MiB` (not a hard limit in `6.1`)
    + Caution: Larger batch probably brings worse performance
